4+ years expBrilliant® is seeking a strong, detail-oriented GL Accountant to join a dynamic finance team. This contract-to-hire position involves preparing and posting journal entries during month-end close, managing intercompany transactions, and supporting financial reporting.

Responsibilities
Prepare and post journal entries during month-end close, including fixed assets, prepaid expenses, intercompany transactions, accruals, and adjustments
Manage and reconcile intercompany transactions, including intercompany inventory purchases
Help posts and reconciles Sales and Use Tax entries
Assist with Accounts Receivable postings as needed
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and explain variances
Support preparation of monthly financial reporting and management deliverables
Qualification
Required
4+ years of hands-on General Ledger accounting experience
Strong working knowledge of debits and credits and core accounting principles
Proven experience with fixed assets, prepaid expenses, and intercompany accounting
Experience performing intercompany reconciliations, including inventory-related transactions
Advanced Excel skills, including manipulation of large data sets, pivot tables, and pivot charts
Experience working within SAP or other large ERP systems
