Responsibilities
Create and execute daily social content across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, and TikTok—blending educational insights, student wins, behind-the-scenes moments, and brand thought leadership
Capture clean iPhone content when opportunities arise, edit quick reels/TikToks (CapCut-level), and maintain TUB's bold, transformation-focused voice across threads, carousels, and short-form video
Review and refine all content before publishing to ensure tone, storytelling, and visual standards meet brand expectations
Oversee design details—fonts, layouts, cover images—so every post aligns with the brand identity and looks cohesive across the feed
Own daily engagement across all platforms—responding to comments and DMs, building relationships with our audience, and positioning TUB as thought leaders in AI-first business
Surface student success stories for content, collaborate with Client Success on member highlights, and turn community insights into content opportunities that drive enrollment intent
Own ManyChat—building flows, managing automations, and ensuring campaigns and integrations run smoothly
Track reach, engagement, and conversion attribution, using data to iterate on what's working and kill what's not
Manage the content calendar, plan posts at optimal times, and test new formats, hooks, and content series—reporting actionable insights monthly to Director of Marketing, not vanity metrics
Come to brand strategy meetings with proactive content ideas—not just execute what's handed to you
