Responsibilities

Conduct semi-complex maintenance tests, and analyze existing BAS systems

Advise Project Managers, technicians, and external providers on issue resolutions

Interpret mechanical drawings

Configure, calibrate, and test sensors, actuators, and field devices

Load, test, and confirm communication among BAS controllers

Perform system check-out, commissioning, and document results

Assist lead technician during owner training

Cultivate strong customer relationships to enhance business prospects

Building Automation Controls SystemsSchneider ElectricBasic Ethernet networkingMS Office SuiteTroubleshooting experienceLow voltage electrical testingCustomer relationship skills

Required

Five (5) years of experience with Building Automation Controls Systems, especially Schneider Electric, SmartStruxure, I/A, Andover Continuum, and/or Tridium Niagara R2/AX/N4

Five (5) year experience with Building Automation Systems and Protocols

Basic Ethernet networking including setting up of IP addresses and network communication

MS Office Suite experience

Strong computer skills

Knowledge of Building Automation Control systems with troubleshooting experience

Basic low voltage electrical testing skills

Must be authorized to work in US

Ability to travel extensively with a valid Driver's License
