Just Ice Tea is on a mission to promote healthier beverage options while supporting fair trade and organic farming. The Field Marketing Representative will engage consumers through in-store demos and local events, acting as the face of the brand and enhancing consumer connections. This role involves executing product demonstrations, capturing consumer feedback, and reporting on events to boost brand visibility.

Responsibilities

Execute in-store product demos year-round, averaging 2-5 times per week depending on the season. Demos include preparing samples and materials, setup and breakdown, consumer engagement, and post-event reporting

Assist in conducting local events to boost brand visibility and consumer engagement. Tasks include sample preparation, packing, and loading materials, on-site execution, and post-event analysis (market dependent)

Capture photos, videos, and consumer feedback

Complete post-event reporting, including sales results and qualitative insights

Actively engage shoppers, educate consumers on the product, and create a positive brand experience

Being the face of the brand locally and role modeling the brand behaviors in the market

Ability to travel daily and deliver product utilizing your own personal vehicle

Ability to lift 20lbs

Ability to be on your feet and/or on the go for 4 hours continuously

Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and WhatsApp

Ability to thrive in a startup environment and adapt quickly to changing priorities

Self-starter with a strong work ethic and eagerness to learn and grow
