Training and support including mentorship programs, sales training, marketing support, and access to industry-leading tools and resources

Options for both full-time and part-time agents

Responsible for negotiating offers on behalf of your clients

Able to effectively communicate with buyers, sellers, and other agents, and be skilled at finding mutually beneficial solutions

Required

You'll need to have a valid Colorado Real Estate license

Ability to work independently and have control over your professional growth

Self-motivated and disciplined, and be comfortable with managing your own schedule and workload

Able to manage multiple clients and deals simultaneously, and be willing to put in the effort to build and grow your business

Effectively communicate with clients, other agents, and other professionals in the industry, and be able to build relationships and network to generate new business
