Responsibilities

Support coordination and integration of meeting and presentation material from team members
Have the opportunity to help execution of customer and team meetings
Arrange meetings and teleconferences
Maintain and synchronize calendars
Arrange travel and prepare associated expense reports
Coordinate onboarding of personnel
Answer questions and solve problems related to office operations and established policies and procedures
Coordinate office workspace planning and ordering office equipment from the facilities and IT organizations
Interface with all levels of Program personnel and Customers
Process visit requests, badges, and accounts forms
Support and collaborate with other Administrative Assistants as needed
Assist with special event planning and catering such as meal planning, ordering from caterers, clean up, and expensing

Required

Minimum High School Diploma/GED or equivalent plus at least six (6) years of additional education and/or related experience
Candidate must have active SCI access with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 5 years, at time of application, and prior to start date OR
Candidate must have an active, within scope, or current DOD Top Secret security clearance with a Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) completed within the last 5 years, at time of application, and prior to start date as well as the ability to obtain and maintain active SCI access within a reasonable period of time as determined by the company. Continued employment thereafter will be subject to the candidate's maintenance of the level of clearance and program access required for the position in the future
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Excel
Experience in reviewing and editing written material for correct spelling and grammar
Experience with organizing, maintaining, and deconflicting schedules, meetings, and travel arrangements

Preferred

Associate's Degree or above
Experience in Concur/ITRIP, I-Buy, NG My IT, and/or SAP
Active Top Secret clearance with active SCI access at time of application and prior to start date
