Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive relationships with users to understand their needs and challenges
Gather feedback and insights from users to share with the product and development teams for continuous improvement
Partner with clients to identify, prioritize, and define key operational focus areas aligned with their goals
Develop structured project plans, set timelines, and coordinate cross-functional resources to ensure successful implementation
Track progress, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and proactively adjust strategies to meet evolving client needs
Ensure measurable outcomes by aligning project deliverables with performance benchmarks and organizational objectives
Collect and analyze user data to identify trends and areas for improvement
Prepare regular reports on customer satisfaction, usage patterns, and support metrics
Provide timely and effective responses to user inquiries through various communication channels (email, chat, phone)
Troubleshoot and resolve user issues, escalating more complex problems to the appropriate teams
Qualification
Required
Candidates graduating in May 2026 or Spring 2027
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Passion for education and technology
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Coursework and/or prior internship experience in Business, Education, Consulting, and Analytics
