Contracts & Compliance Specialist
CFS is seeking a detail-oriented Contracts & Compliance Specialist to support contract administration and ensure organizational compliance with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual obligations. This role partners closely with legal, finance, and operations teams to review contracts, manage documentation, and mitigate risk.

Responsibilities
Review, draft, and administer contracts, agreements, and related documentation
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as internal policies
Track contract terms, renewals, amendments, and key milestones
Maintain organized contract files and compliance records
Assist with audits, reporting, and risk assessments
Coordinate approvals, signatures, and contract execution
Identify compliance gaps and support corrective actions
Serve as a point of contact for contract and compliance-related inquiries
Qualification
Required
Detail-oriented
Support contract administration

1+ years of experience in contracts administration, compliance, or a related role
