Responsibilities
Lead strategic supply chain initiatives for various spaceflight systems
Deliver strategic insights, analysis, and recommendations to senior leaders across Blue Origin
Lead strategic cross functional projects to guide high value and high impact decisions across the supply chain
Dig into the specific challenges of a process and communicate relevant information for senior leadership evaluation
Conduct in-source versus outsource strategic and financial analysis
Perform technical capability cost-benefit analysis
Evaluate inventory strategy
Author process documents
Manage enterprise software requirements
Create strategic business processes and charter the necessary tool sets for launching them
Work on other ad hoc cross-functional strategic projects
Qualification
Required

Capable of leading and presenting cross-functional initiatives for senior leaders
Proven success owning and driving a project from start to finish
Led quantitative and qualitative projects
Demonstrated success in a highly ambiguous environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
MBA, other relevant graduate degree, or 5+ years operations/supply chain experience
Preferred
Experience working in an engineering-development organization
Aerospace experience
Capacity Planning
Corporate finance experience
SQL or other coding ability
Experience with enterprise planning and scheduling software
Six-sigma or lean certification
