Dugan & Meyers is a growing company in the concrete construction industry, seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to enhance their Self-Perform Concrete Construction team. The role focuses on recruiting top talent, managing the full recruiting cycle, and building partnerships with educational institutions and job placement services.

Responsibilities
Recruit diverse, top-tier talent with a focus on both active and passive candidates, especially with self-perform concrete experience in Engineering and Construction Management
Manage the full recruiting cycle: advertising, sourcing, phone screening, tracking candidates, and coordinating interviews
Actively participate in onboarding and conduct new hire orientations
Build strong relationships with job placement services, construction associations, high schools, colleges, and career tech schools in Cincinnati and other markets
Assist with our co-op program as needed: collaboration with students, career fairs, hiring events, student events and brand promotion at top universities
Effectively manage your time while meeting deadlines and hiring goals
Qualification
Required
1-3 Years of proven experience in recruiting
Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal abilities
Flexible and self-driven with respect to confidentiality
Preferred
Experience or knowledge in construction recruiting, especially self-perform concrete, field operations, or skilled trades
Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply!
