Responsibilities

Support manufacturing operations to ensure on-time delivery, quality, and operational efficiency

Partner with the Manufacturing Engineering team to identify and implement process improvements

Participate in team meetings to contribute to product and process improvement initiatives

Interpret, analyze, and summarize large datasets to support decision-making

Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities beyond predefined KPIs

Conduct statistical data analysis and create clear charts, dashboards, and reports

Analyze equipment performance and utilization to support continuous improvement

Monitor and analyze SPC trends and product yield data

Maintain clear, accurate documentation of analysis, findings, and process changes

Required

Currently enrolled in a university program pursuing a bachelor's in engineering, mathematics, physics, computer science, or a related technical discipline

A minimum GPA of 3.1 is required. You will be asked to submit your transcripts during the review process

Working knowledge of statistics and data analysis concepts

Experience with business systems such as Power BI

Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
