Responsibilities

Shape event production and keynotes narratives by synthesizing input from executives and cross-functional teams
Bring them to life through immersive visuals, engaging environments, and emotionally resonant moments
Ensure every detail aligns with strategic goals and elevates the brand experience across the Oracle event portfolio, including the NetSuite Global Business Unit
Work closely with executive content teams, creatives, and production partners to align show flow, messaging, and visual execution
Executive producing keynotes yourself
Mentor and lead a team of talented producers
Stay on the cutting edge of storytelling trends
Continuously seek ways to raise the bar for keynote impact

Qualification

Required

10+ years of experience in event production
Deep expertise in live show production
Experience in executive speaker support
High-stakes storytelling skills
Ability to synthesize input from executives and cross-functional teams
Experience in aligning show flow, messaging, and visual execution

Staying on the cutting edge of storytelling trends
Ability to raise the bar for keynote impact
Fluency in English (read, write, and speak)
