Oracle Cloud Security Solution Sales Rep- Business Development

Responsibilities
Partners with Data Platform Sales Rep, SAAS Sales Reps and Technology Specialists to qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions
Provides specific security industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives territory
Interacts with sales team to design the solution, and develop and implement solution strategies for market
Leads solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and vital resources for all qualified opportunities
Leads teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility
Presents/demonstrates solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees
May provide training to field sales on industry/solutions
Builds and maintains a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge
Qualification
Required
Experience with Security Services
Ability to partner with Data Platform Sales Rep, SAAS Sales Reps and Technology Specialists to qualify and close new business on Oracle solutions
Specific security industry or product expertise to facilitate the closing of deals within sales representatives territory
Ability to interact with sales team to design the solution, and develop and implement solution strategies for market
Ability to lead solution opportunities to obtain appropriate and vital resources for all qualified opportunities
Ability to lead teams in the sales process for establishing market visibility and deal visibility
Ability to present/demonstrate solution to high level clients and industry conference attendees
Ability to provide training to field sales on industry/solutions
Ability to build and maintain a network and up to date specific industry or product knowledge
Preferred
10+ years experience in a Sales or Solutions role in Security Services
Extensive experience building and maintaining relationships with internal team members
Proven experience in a Business Development role and experience cold calling on new or potential customers
BA or BS degree preferred

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
