Responsibilities

Clinical responsibilities will include but are not limited to providing brain stimulation consultations and providing a mix of ECT, TMS, and VNS and DBS programming
Research responsibilities will include participation in clinical research protocols within the Brain Stimulation Division
The fellow will attend investigator meetings, conferences, and may participate in research publications if they are interested
There is also the possibility for individual investigator-initiated research

Qualification

MDDOBoard eligible/certified in psychiatryBrain stimulation methodsClinical research experienceCommunication skills

Required

MD (or DO) degree
Board eligible or board certified in psychiatry
Ability to obtain a clinical license in South Carolina
Desire to sub-specialize in brain stimulation before beginning clinical or academic career
