Responsibilities

Develop and facilitate prioritized AI learning workshops aligned to prioritized IT Personas

Partner with stakeholders to design learning content aligned to support the initiative

Be a Coach and an informal leader on the team driving development of other junior trainers in the department

Design/ customize and facilitate critical skills workshops to integrate Vanguard specific content and use cases

Strengthen 70/20/10 learning through Communities of Practice and skill guilds

Demonstrates strategic mindset, navigates ambiguity, leads team during times of need, and supports department need
