Together Women's Health is a rapidly growing network of Obstetrics and Gynecology practices, seeking a Full Time Back Office Assistant to join their medical team. The BOA will support physicians and medical assistants, ensuring patients have the best experience possible while performing various clinical and administrative tasks.

Responsibilities

Demonstrates excellent customer services skills, and supports the model of patient and family centered care in all interactions

Chaperones providers during patient exams

Prepares for, sets up and assists with examinations, per protocols, policies, and procedures

Ensures that all collected samples (blood draws, cultures, biopsies, urinalysis) are properly labeled and transported to the lab in a timely fashion

Inventories and restocks supplies as needed

Sanitizes rooms and equipment, getting them prepared for the next patient

Perform other duties as assigned within scope of the practice

Required

High school diploma or equivalent

Excellent interpersonal skills

Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with patients, and other external parties in a courteous and friendly manner at all times

Must be detail-oriented and highly organized

Must be able to multi-task while working in a fast-paced medical office
