Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for schools, teaching artists, and families regarding supply orders, schedules, and logistics

Support communication between program staff, teaching artists, and school stakeholders, ensuring timely and accurate correspondence

Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach while flagging issues upwards as needed

Assist with the coordination and scheduling of arts residencies, workshops, performances, and other school-based events

Support school enrollment, registration, data and report reconciliation

Help maintain and update program documentation, including calendars, room bookings, and setup needs

Review and update program details on internal tracking systems and public-facing platforms

Provide on-site or remote support during school events or performances as needed

Perform other related duties as assigned to support the success of school engagement initiatives

Required

Bachelor's Degree required

Minimum of two years of administrative experience

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities independently

Service-oriented mindset with strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with diverse communities

Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and Zoom

Preferred

Experience working with public schools is a plus

Familiarity with scheduling or CRM platforms is a plus
