Responsibilities

Assisting with conducting inventories, records management, and preparing/processing of various property reports
Assisting in researching suppliers and working with requesters to procure goods/services
Ordering, receiving, inventorying, transferring, and excessing fleet vehicles
Assisting with the fleet card program to include performing audits, extracting reports, and reconciling invoices, as well as supporting the processing of damaged vehicles and the scheduling of repairs
Providing support processing damaged vehicles and scheduling repairs. Arranging for deliveries from sector and local repair/service and arranging shuttle vehicles to and from local garages for scheduled service in accordance with agency guidelines and supervisor guidance

Primary U.S. residency for at least three of the last five years

Meet all qualification requirements, including education if applicable to this position, subject to verification at any stage of the application process
Meet all applicable Time in Grade requirements (current federal employees must have served 52 weeks at the next lower grade or equivalent grade band in the federal service) by 12/31/2025
To qualify for the GS-09 grade level you must possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Creating, accepting, modifying, and transferring of personal property records; Conducting various duties within the agency's fleet management program to include ordering, receiving, inventorying, transferring, and excessing fleet vehicles; Arranging for delivery of tires/oil/filters from sector and local repair/service and arranging shuttles to/from local garages for scheduled services; Coordinating facilitates repairs and ensuring facility repairs requests are recorded into the facilities management system
To qualify for the GS-07 grade level you must possess 1 year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the next lower grade level, performing duties such as: Assisting in processing lost, stolen, destroyed personal property; Assisting with facility repairs scheduling and ensuring that repairs request are recoded into the facilities management system, in a developmental capacity; Assisting with local agency's fleet card program, including ordering, performing audits, extracting reports, reporting fraud and processing override request, under the guidance of a staff member; Conducting various duties within the agency's fleet management program to include support in the processing of damaged vehicles, arranging deliveries of tires/oil/filters, and arranging to shuttle vehicles to and from local garages for scheduled services within agency guidelines and supervisor guidance

Successful completion of one year of full-time graduate education from an accredited college or university may substitute for the experience required at this level
Superior Academic Achievement (SAA) may also substitute for the experience required at this level
A Master's degree, two full years of graduate education, a J.D. or an LL.B. degree from an accredited college or university may substitute for experience required at this level
Combinations of successfully completed post-high school education and experience may be used to meet total qualification requirements for the grade levels specified
Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community, student, social)
