Responsibilities

Provide technical services to the Security Services Product Line, including specialized accreditation activities

Delivers enterprise-level network, server, desktop, and application security services support

Perform system security vulnerability assessments and solution development

Provide Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems

Support IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc

Optimize system operations and utilization and perform system capacity analysis and planning

Qualification

LinuxDoD 8570 ComplianceTS/SCI ClearanceTier 1 SupportTier 2 SupportSystem Capacity Analysis

Required

Experience providing Tier 1 (Help Desk) and Tier 2 (Escalation) problem identification, diagnosis and resolution of problems

Experience supporting IT systems including day-to-day operations, monitoring and problem resolution for all of the client/server/storage/network devices, mobile devices, etc

Demonstrated experience with Linux is required

Optimize system operations and utilization and perform system capacity analysis and planning

5 years with a Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university or 3 years with a Master's degree

DoD 8570 compliance with minimum of IAT Level 2 is required

Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph is required
