Responsibilities
Revolutionize relationship management, drive account growth, and boost profitability
Create, maintain, and develop deep customer connections
Develop and execute cutting-edge account strategies
Lead one or more Portfolio or Strategic accounts
Generate new opportunities and expand existing work into larger scopes and new capabilities
Build a strong go-to-market pipeline with partners
Ensure account compliance and maintain a stellar reputation
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 5+ years experience running account P&L with experience managing sales process end-to-end
Healthcare experience
Deep knowledge of business and technology trends and industry best practices
Proven experience with revenue growth, cost, profitability, trends, and risks
Open minded and empathetic approach in relationships with customers
Ability to lead with a consultative approach, identify and create demand across all Kyndryl capabilities, and articulate business value to customers
Ability to operate in a fast-paced, flat organizational culture; embrace ambiguity and drive proactive outcomes
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or Master's degree
Sales experience in technical solutions
