Responsibilities

Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust ML Ops infrastructure to support Guidewire’s AI and ML initiatives
Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and automated systems for model training, testing, and deployment
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver secure, reliable, and efficient AI solutions that address evolving customer needs
Develop and implement best practices for monitoring, versioning, and maintaining ML models in production environments
Drive adoption of AI and GenAI capabilities across Guidewire’s product portfolio, supporting operational excellence and transformative innovation
Contribute to the launch of new AI-powered products and features, ensuring measurable value and customer success
Mentor and support team members in AI/ML engineering practices and foster a culture of continuous learning

Required

Demonstrated ability to embrace AI and apply it to your current role as well as data-driven insights to drive innovation, productivity, and continuous improvement
Strong experience in ML Ops, including designing and deploying end-to-end machine learning pipelines
Proficiency in Python and ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
Solid understanding of data engineering, model monitoring, and CI/CD for ML systems
Excellent problem-solving skills, collaboration, and communication abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment and adapt to evolving priorities
Commitment to Guidewire's values of curiosity, collaboration, and customer-centricity

Preferred

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree preferred or equivalent experience
Experience with insurance technology, large-scale data systems, or regulated industries
Familiarity with GenAI, data privacy, and security best practices
