Responsibilities
Take Full Ownership: Assume complete accountability for designated programs by guiding teams toward achieving specified business objectives, while maintaining high standards for deliverable quality and ensuring all deadlines are met
Deliver Tangible Results: Manage key milestones and drive outcomes tied to clear, quantifiable impact statements. Regularly showcase your achievements as you help shape the future trajectory of our business
Translate Strategy into Action: Collaborate closely with team leadership to deconstruct overarching growth objectives into clear, executable programs. Ensure these initiatives are structured to achieve measurable business outcomes, driving tangible impact
Engage Across Functions: Serve as the pivotal connector between project teams, and their leadership. You'll own all major program communication, keeping everyone aligned and informed on progress and strategy
Champion Innovation Through AI-Driven Process Optimization: Foster a culture of experimentation, agility, and learning by actively leveraging AI and advanced analytics tools to identify opportunities, optimize processes, and drive innovation. Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
Communicate at the Highest Level: Report program status, productivity, risks, and quality metrics that will be presented to executive leadership and Board-level audiences. Your insights will help steer critical decisions at the top of the organization
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Analytics)
Proven experience in growth, program management, product, or marketing roles
Strong analytical skills and proficiency with data analysis and experimentation tools
Excellent project management and organizational abilities
Effective communicator and collaborator, able to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders
Results-oriented, adaptable, and comfortable working in fast-paced, dynamic environments
