Create Initial disclosures to send to customers
Order appraisals, appraisal reviews, flood determinations and credit reports
Create closing disclosures to send to customers
Review closing file to ensure all bank and regulatory required documents are in file
Qualification
Required
Minimum of high school diploma or general education degree (GED)
At least 2-3 years of similar work experience
Basic knowledge of consumer real estate loan documents and regulatory requirements
Experience working in the Encompass software system is required
Preferred
College certificate is preferred but not required
