Responsibilities
Analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources to provide commercial insights to executive leadership
Build a deep understanding of business drivers and trends with the ability to translate data analyses into actionable insights that influence executive decision-making
Develop an innovative and well-connected architecture of tools and dashboards that enable our organization to assess performance and efficiently manage commercial activities and resources
Contribute to recurring quarterly deliverables for the US clinical business, such as executive reporting packages, sales performance reporting, territory design, and quota modeling and allocation
Utilize SQL and Tableau to query internal data warehouses
Develop strong relationships with key cross-functional partners to ensure organizational alignment and the ability to quickly capitalize on opportunities and resolve operational issues
Qualification
Required
2+ years of work experience in a highly analytical role
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically through complexity
High level of intellectual curiosity, self-motivation, and accountability
Exceptional analytical skills with strong business acumen and ability to derive insights from large datasets
Ability to work under minimal direction in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Strong collaborator with skills in lateral leadership, interpersonal communication, and presentations
Highly organized with ability to support and prioritize multiple projects concurrently
Strong ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and succinct manner
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Advanced Excel skills
This role requires working onsite in our Peachtree Corners, GA office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday every week
Bachelor's degree in economics, finance, data analytics or related field
Preferred
Proficiency with dashboard creation and data visualization tools (Tableau preferred)
Proficiency writing SQL queries preferred
