Identify methods for enhancing communications between the DES and Districts
Qualification
Required
A valid Professional Engineering License from the State of California
Possession of a valid driver's license when operating a state owned or leased vehicle
Statement of Qualification (SOQ) is required
Knowledge of Project Management, technical project development, and engineering practices and processes
Experience in project and support cost estimating and delivery scheduling
Strong communication skills
Experience in team-building and conflict resolution
Ability to coordinate with District Project Managers, DES Functional Units, and Deputy Division Chiefs
Experience in monitoring and communicating the status of delivery
Ability to facilitate resolution of project delay issues and develop recommendations for action
Experience in identifying methods for enhancing communications between the DES and Districts
Willingness to travel
