Lead the Clinical department to provide a safe, homelike environment for residents
Partner with the Executive Director to build the vision and drive culture
Achieve clinical and operational excellence
Manage all residents' health and wellness through regular monitoring and communication with the community wellness team and health service providers
Engage in ongoing personal development in geriatric care, leadership, communication, and management skills
Qualification
Required
Current license/certification as required by regulatory bodies governing the community. Must have a LVN or RN
A track record of achieving results
Experience building and leading teams
Ability to travel 15-25% of the time depending on needs and growth of the market
Leadership: 2 years (Required)
Preferred
Previous experience in the health care environment preferred
