Start in 2026 WinterMore Gardens Fund is an environmental art nonprofit seeking an Architect/Landscape Architecture Intern for Spring 2026. The role involves designing community-centered public spaces using living trees and ecological principles, while collaborating with various stakeholders to create joyful and inclusive urban environments.
Environmental Services
Responsibilities
Create renderings, drawings, and 3D models (Rhino/Grasshopper, AutoCAD, SketchUp)
Translate sacred geometry into accessible, buildable community designs
Learn AreshEarth’s design language, blending biomorphic, organic, permaculture, sacred geometry, and Feng Shui principles
Develop clear construction visuals that support community co-building
Collaborate with gardeners, youth, artists, and organizers
Build a portfolio of living, justice-centered urban designs
Qualification
Required
Architecture or Landscape Architecture students / recent grads
Interest in community-led design, environmental justice, and natural building
Working knowledge of Rhino + Grasshopper (tutorial provided)
Excited by collaboration, culture, and designing with—not for—communities
