The Healing Place is seeking a Procurement Support Specialist to provide administrative and operational support within the Facilities and Operations function. This role focuses on procurement coordination, vendor support, inventory tracking, and data management while collaborating across departments to support purchasing and operational needs.

Responsibilities

Assist with purchase tracking, vendor documentation, service agreements, and order coordination across departments

Maintain spreadsheets and records related to purchasing, expenses, inventory, work orders, and service requests

Track equipment purchases, inventory levels, preventative maintenance, and tool/equipment logs

Support the coordination and tracking of facility repairs, maintenance, and service requests

Assist with maintaining organized records in alignment with organizational policies, safety standards, and procurement guidelines

Provide general administrative support to the Operations team, including scheduling, documentation, and process tracking

Partner with internal teams and vendors to support procurement and operational needs

Required

2–4 years of experience in administrative support, operations, facilities, or a related field; entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills will be considered

Experience with procurement, purchasing, vendor coordination, or inventory management is a plus

Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks effectively

Proficiency with spreadsheets and basic data tracking tools

High school diploma or equivalent
