Responsibilities
Open and close model homes
Monitor homes on an hourly basis
Greet all guests to the Signature Home Collection Center
Route real estate informational questions as directed by the Supervisor
Keep a record of traffic flow and turns in daily to sales office
Responsible for keeping homes stocked with collateral materials
Replace light bulbs as necessary
Perform other job related duties as requested by supervisor
Assist in administrative duties when required
Assist with Marketing initiatives
Maintain and engage real estate prospects through the sales database
Recognize and reports any needed repairs or warranty work
Regular inspections of homes to insure the SHC Center maintains the necessary high standards
Perform job responsibilities and operate equipment according to the company safety and training programs
Report safety or hazard concerns to management
Report any on the job injury to management
Take personal responsibility for safety every day
Qualification
Required
Minimum two years work experience in a guest contact area
Excellent communication skills with outgoing personality
Display a strong degree of professionalism at all times
Display neat and professional appearance at all times
Experience with computer operation, Microsoft Office
