Qualification
Required
Must be 21 years or older to work in the store
Must be 16 years or older to work at the car wash
Ability to work in an active, high-paced work environment
Friendly demeanor and cheerful personality
Ability to cooperate and work as part of a team
Willingness to learn and enhance skills in customer service, safety, mechanics, management, and administration
Commitment to maintaining clean sites, clean employees, clean cars, and clean standards
Completion of a Parent School Authorization form for minors aged 16 or 17 before starting work
