The Supply Chain Planning Analyst will assist in creating supply chain planning teams, working closely with demand and S&OP planning teams to align supply and demand across global businesses.

Responsibilities
Analyze statistical demand forecasts and accuracy metrics (e.g., Weighted Forecast Accuracy, Bias) to recommend customer/product-specific inputs
Prepare and present data on demand, supply, inventory, financials, and capacity to support S&OP activities
Drive tool automation initiatives to improve efficiency across supply chain operations and support consensus demand planning
Collaborate with customer business managers to resolve demand gaps and maintain dashboards that provide real-time insights into forecast performance
Perform all activities in a safe and responsible manner and support all Environmental, Health, Safety & Security requirements and programs
Qualification
Required
Education – Graduating with Bachelor's degree or higher in Business, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field from an accredited degree program
Must have at least an overall 3.0 GPA and be in good academic standing
Language Fluency - English (Written & Verbal)
Preferred
Prior related internship or co-op experience
Demonstrated prior leadership experience in the workplace, school projects, competitions, etc
Project management skills, i.e., the ability to innovate and execute on solutions that matter; the ability to navigate ambiguity
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong planning & organizational skills
Strong attention to detail – ability to accurately manage, update, maintain large datasets
Strong MS Excel skills
Hands on experience in Supply Chain, business analytics, demand and/or supply planning, finance or related field
