Lead software implementations from start to finish

System setup and data conversion
Post-go-live support
Configuring software to match client workflows
Providing robust data conversion services
Delivering onsite and web-based training
Creating helpful documentation and videos
Collaborate closely with clients to resolve technical issues
Diagnose, replicate, and document complex problems
Become a go-to resource for ongoing support
Ensure performance is optimized and issues are resolved swiftly
Qualification
Required
Experience in software implementations
Expertise in data conversion and application set-up
Strong attention to detail
Excellent communication skills
Ability to configure software to match client workflows
Experience delivering onsite and web-based training
Ability to create helpful documentation and videos
Experience collaborating with clients to resolve technical issues
Implementation background to diagnose, replicate, and document complex problems
Ability to optimize performance and resolve issues swiftly
