Vice President of Sales

hireneXus is a growth-focused, private equity–backed industrial services organization seeking a dynamic sales executive to lead its commercial strategy. This executive will be responsible for shaping and executing the commercial growth strategy, building and scaling a high-performing sales organization, and driving revenue across key industrial sectors.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies that align with the company’s ambitious growth goals
Lead, mentor, and develop high-performing internal sales teams and external representatives
Identify, pursue, and close new business opportunities across North America and global markets
Design and implement effective sales processes, KPIs, and performance tracking systems
Collaborate with marketing to create targeted campaigns and impactful sales enablement tools
Deliver technical training and support to internal teams and channel partners to strengthen solution selling
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, industry stakeholders, and strategic partners
Represent the company at trade shows, client visits, and senior-level meetings
Contribute to executive planning, bringing sales insights into long-term organizational strategy

Required

10+ years of progressive sales leadership experience in industrial services, engineering, or related sectors
Proven success in driving revenue growth across a range of industries and markets
Strong background in leading and scaling both direct and indirect sales channels
In-depth knowledge of technical and industrial service-based solutions
Exceptional leadership, communication, and strategic negotiation abilities
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related discipline
Willingness to travel up to 50%, both domestically and internationally
