InternParkview Health is seeking a Virtual Care Intern to join their Nursing Informatics team. The role involves supporting data analysis and technology use in patient care, with responsibilities including data gathering, validation, and assisting in the implementation of new processes.

Responsibilities
Work in a hybrid of remote and on-site at the hospitals and the Business & Technology Center
Assist with data gathering, validation, and analysis
Support the use of devices or other technologies alongside other Virtual Care team members
Observe and assist with the implementation of new processes
Complete chart audits, gather data, create reports, and assist the teams with other similar tasks
Qualification
Required
Must be current undergraduate college student or graduate college student
GPA of 3.0 or above
Submission of Cover Letter, Resume, and Letter of Recommendation
Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools, specifically Excel
Good communication skills, as they may be interacting with Nurses and Patient Care Techs in the hospital
Willing and able to assist the Virtual Care team in providing technical and workflow support in the hospital/department setting following training
Applicants must have their own transportation for local travel between hospitals and the Business & Technology Center
Preferred
Students studying Nursing, Health Informatics, or similar fields with an interest in healthcare technology are encouraged to apply
Specific educational focus or degree may be preferred, depending on the internship hosting department
A specific license and/or certification may be preferred, depending on the hosting department of the internship
