Waianae Coast Comprehensive Health Center is seeking a Director of Business Analysis and Grants. The Director will be responsible for enhancing the economic value of the health center by developing business plans, overseeing grant management, and providing operational analyses to support financial planning and performance monitoring.

Responsibilities

Supporting the Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Executive Leaders, and other service line leaders in enhancing the economic value of the health center and its subsidiaries

Assisting the development of business plans

Providing operation analyses

Monitoring grant development and management

Overseeing data support and grants management staff

Providing training and support for their professional development

Collaborating with other team members in reporting and operations analytics for various initiatives such as provider productivity and clinical improvement analysis

Supporting the CFO and the Finance Department in developing multi-year service line production analysis to support financial plans and annual budgets

Analyzing revenue cycle related data and reporting on trends and variances

Assisting the CFO with analyzing payor contracts and monitoring financial performance of such contracts

Identifying grant opportunities

Developing and submitting grant applications

Communicating with funding agencies

Ensuring compliance with grant reporting and administration

Qualification

Required

Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Business Administration, Computer Science, Economics, Finance, Industrial Engineering, or Management Information Systems, or equivalent combination of experience and education required

Minimum of eight years industry experience that may include project management or professional services consulting in a non-profit healthcare environment required

Preferred

An advance degree, other professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, FHFMA), database administration, and/or equivalent work experience highly preferred
