Responsibilities
Lead Medicare Part B billing operations and oversee on-site/offshore teams
Manage Part A → Part B transitions and ensure complete qualification documentation
Review EMR records for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Improve billing accuracy across Medicare primary and secondary payers
Build scalable workflows, rules, and processes to reduce denials and facility charges
Partner with customer service and operations to prevent order and documentation errors
Ensure all claims are fully worked, with timely denial review and resolution
Maintain current knowledge of Medicare Part B regulations
Qualification
Required
Proven Medicare Part B billing experience
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and resolve process gaps
Ability to build workflows and improve documentation and qualification processes
Strong communicator with compliance awareness and operational leadership ability
Preferred
Experience managing billing teams; offshore oversight preferred
