Responsibilities
Lead root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action activities
Facilitate Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) sessions and risk ranking workshops
Build quality dashboards and reports to track Statistical Process Control (SPC) metrics
Analyze process performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Plan and execute internal assessments; prepare for external audits to ISO 9001
Map and evaluate processes; deliver Lean improvement projects with measurable outcomes
Coordinate cross-functional projects and drive alignment on priorities and timelines
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering
Minimum of eight (8) years in quality engineering within manufacturing or high-tech hardware
Proven experience with Statistical Process Control, regression, and design of experiments
Hands-on with Failure Mode and Effects Analysis, Measurement System Analysis, and control plans
Familiar with ISO 9001 and audit preparation
Proficient in data analysis and reporting using Python, Minitab, and Power BI
Experience leading Lean and Six Sigma projects
Preferred
Master's degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering
Internal audit certification
Green Belt or Black Belt certification
