HR & Accounts Internship

They are hiring an HR & Accounts Intern to support HR operations, accounting coordination, internal documentation, and business administration activities, providing hands-on exposure to people operations and basic financial processes within a growing technology organization.

Responsibilities
Support coordination of internal and external meetings, communication, and follow-ups
Assist in maintaining HR records, employee data, contracts, and internal documentation
Support onboarding activities, HR documentation, performance records, and compliance tracking
Assist with accounting coordination including invoice tracking, vendor follow-ups, expense records, and basic reporting
Help prepare proposals, agreements, reports, memos, and administrative documents
Support workflow documentation, process improvement initiatives, and basic automation tasks
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy while handling employee and financial information
Qualification
Required
Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Commerce, Business, IT, or a related field
Good organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear communication and basic business documentation skills
Familiarity with MS Office / Google Workspace
Willingness to learn, adapt, and take responsibility
Preferred
Exposure to AI or automation tools is a plus but not mandatory
