Curate bespoke adventures: Collaborate directly with English-speaking clients and travel agents to design personalized itineraries across China and beyond, blending cultural immersion, local insights, and sustainable practices

Champion client delight: Drive sales excellence through world-class service, turning every inquiry into a transformative journey that exceeds expectations

Pioneer destination expertise: Stay ahead of travel trends, updating your knowledge of landscapes, heritage sites, and hidden gems to ensure WildChina remains the industry standard-bearer

Share your vision: Contribute to team brainstorming, marketing campaigns, and product development, infusing your destination wisdom into every initiative

Required

Bachelor's degree or higher, with a mind for detail and strategic thinking

Proven track record of excellence in a customer-service related field, preferably in a luxury or luxury-adjacent sector

Able to communicate effectively and compassionately with HNW and UHNW clients and travel agents

Native or fluent English, paired with the ability to build trust across cultures

Ability to work well with a remote team (for example colleagues, local partners, and guides in China)

A proactive, organized approach to project management

A deep love and knowledge for/of Chinese history, geography, and sustainable travel

Proven ability to thrive in international environments, turning diverse perspectives into seamless client experiences
