Responsibilities

Drive New Business : Proactively identify, pursue, and close new sales opportunities
Account Management : Cultivate long-term relationships with key customers, distributors, to ensure repeat business and exceed customer expectations
Territory Strategy : Develop and execute regional sales plans aligned with company goals, market trends, and customer needs
Team Collaboration : Work closely with marketing, product development, and customer support teams to deliver seamless solutions
Forecasting & Reporting : Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline updates, and performance reports using CRM tools
Market Intelligence : Provide voice of the customer feedback, industry trends, competitor activity, and regulatory changes affecting customer base

Required

Regional Sales Manager background with 7 years + OEM Lighting experience
Sales experience and customer focus with execution to revenue goals
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills
Strong desire to win and interpersonal skills
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Travel required up to 50%
Bachelor's or equivalent experience
7 - 9 years
