Offshore Production Platform Operator-Subsea Systems
Enginuity Global LLC is a young company providing process automation services and innovative environmental and safety products to industrial facilities. They are hiring Offshore Production Platform Operators to support safe and efficient production operations on a deepwater subsea platform in the Gulf of Mexico, responsible for the day-to-day operation of production equipment, subsea systems, safety systems, and utilities.

Responsibilities
Assist experienced operators with monitoring and maintaining production and utility systems
Learn basic operation of subsea and topside equipment
Complete required safety and operational training (BOSIET/HUET, SafeGulf, etc.)
Perform routine rounds, data logging, and support preventative maintenance
Demonstrate strong safety culture and willingness to learn in a team setting
Independently operate standard production systems (separators, pumps, compressors)
Monitor subsea systems via the Universal Master Control Station (UMCS)
Support start-up, shutdown, and production changes for wells and facilities
Troubleshoot basic issues with instrumentation, flow assurance systems, and valves
Assist in training Level I operators and maintain operational documentation
Oversee daily production operations including deepwater 20,000 psi subsea systems
Lead platform crew during production activities, interventions, and emergency drills
Interface with onshore support, subsea engineers, and ROV teams during troubleshooting
Analyze trends in pressure, flow, and well behavior to proactively manage flow assurance
Function as relief Production Supervisor during rotation as needed
Qualification
Required
0–2 years offshore experience
Valid TWIC, offshore medical, and BOSIET required
2–5 years offshore production experience
5+ years offshore production experience (subsea preferred)
High School diploma or equivalent
Must possess current offshore certifications (TWIC, HUET/BOSIET, SafeGulf)
Comfortable working 14/14 rotational schedule in the Gulf of Mexico
Stable work history
Must be legally eligible to work in the US. Sponsorship is not available
Must be able to pass a background check; drug and alcohol screening
Must have a valid driver's license with a good driving record
Must be able to comply with customer site requirements for access/entry
Must have a TWIC card
Ability to lift 50 pounds regularly
See, respond, and report to possible dangerous situations and emergency scenarios
Comfortable with heights and able to climb stairs/ladders
Ability to work in a physically demanding environment
Sitting for extended periods. Bending, reaching, and kneeling
Ability to work in inclement weather and/or extreme weather-related conditions
Required to wear PPE/Safety gear at specific times
Ability to wear an N-95 mask when required
Preferred
Mechanical or oil & gas background preferred
Experience with SCADA/DCS systems and subsea control interfaces
Working knowledge of safety systems, ESD, and chemical injection
Strong background with multiphase flow systems, subsea tree operations, and boosting systems
Leadership, mentoring, and permit-to-work (PTW) experience preferred
