Lead Manager, Strategic Finance & Analytics

The Lead Manager, Strategic Finance & Analytics will oversee the enterprise's long-term financial scenarios, coordinate inputs, and advance financial innovation through digital capabilities, particularly in Power BI.

Responsibilities
Manage the enterprise Glidepath model, including structure, versioning, and continuous improvement
Consolidate and validate assumptions from cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with corporate strategy
Conduct scenario planning, sensitivity modeling, and driver-based forecasting to assess risks and opportunities
Prepare clear narratives, trend analyses, and recommendations for senior leadership
Refresh scenarios regularly and provide decision-support materials for SteerCo and leadership reviews
Partner with Finance Innovations to design and enhance reporting tools; develop Power BI models and prototypes
Define requirements for reporting and visualization; support testing and iteration of tools
Act as the central point of coordination, ensuring transparency, trust, and influence across all planning contributors
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Statistics, Mathematics or related field
2+ years of related experience with strong financial modeling, scenario planning, and analytical problem-solving skills
Experience in FP&A, corporate finance, strategic planning, or commercial finance roles
High proficiency in MS Excel
Curiosity and a continuous-improvement orientation, particularly related to forecasting innovation and digital enablement
Executive communication—written, verbal, and visualization
Strong relationship-building mindset across diverse Finance groups
High comfort level working in ambiguous, evolving environments
Preferred
MBA or MS strongly preferred
Power BI proficiency is considered nice to have
