Responsibilities

Lead and employ MBSE approaches to develop Systems Engineering products using SysML and MBSE tools to capture, maintain, and visualize needed views of model data to communicate systems and facilitate automation of Systems Engineering integration with other domains
Lead the MBSE effort on the Phantom program: architecture models, system activity and CONOPs, requirements control, contractual deliverables
Elicit stakeholder needs and requirements and model the data
Use system data from model to develop assembly, integration, interfaces, and verification data
Engage across all teams (SE, R&V, Mechanical, Electrical, Digital Transformation, and Customers) in support of products and process. The selected candidate will help lead SE process definition and coordinate process execution across the team
Support the definition & implementation of MBSE products and processes by partnering across our SE teams, and with the overall Phantom MBSE/MBE efforts. The goal is to incorporate and modernize model-based methods into products, processes, and design reviews
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including a proven ability to interact effectively and build strong relationships with customers, management, external Stake-Holders, Design SMEs, and peers
Thrive in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment where you will balance priorities and deadlines

Required

Lead and employ MBSE approaches to develop Systems Engineering products using SysML and MBSE tools

Involved with helping redefine and modernize many areas within engineering processes, including Peer Reviews, Design Reviews, and Operations/Test efforts
Support the definition & implementation of MBSE products and processes by partnering across SE teams and with the overall Phantom MBSE/MBE efforts
Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven ability to interact effectively and build strong relationships with customers, management, external Stake-Holders, Design SMEs, and peers
Thrive in a dynamic, interdisciplinary environment where you will balance priorities and deadlines

Preferred

Experience using Cameo system modeling tools to solve a broad range of systems engineering problems beyond architecture
Experience with RF Antenna Systems
Experience with process development and deployment
Experience with requirements management within Cameo
Familiar with Agile Methodologies and tools
