Responsibilities
Provide job site direction for field teams across complex civil, utility, and energy sector projects
Set expectations, align crews and subcontractors, and maintain consistent field execution across multiple sites
Drive schedule discipline by coordinating manpower, equipment, site logistics, and production goals
Ensure safety culture and compliance across all project activities, reinforcing best practices and corrective actions when needed
Guide and mentor superintendents and foremen, promoting accountability, professional growth, and strong team cohesion
Own the client relationship at the project level ensuring communication is clear, expectations are aligned, and commitments are met
Represent the company professionally during progress meetings, site walks, and all customer interactions
Qualification
Required
Currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for sponsorship for a non-immigrant visa
Experience in managing complex civil, utility, and energy sector projects
Ability to provide job site direction for field teams
Experience in setting expectations and aligning crews and subcontractors
Strong skills in coordinating manpower, equipment, site logistics, and production goals
Knowledge of safety culture and compliance across project activities
Experience in guiding and mentoring superintendents and foremen
Ability to own client relationships at the project level
Strong communication skills to ensure clear expectations and commitments are met
Professional representation of the company during progress meetings and customer interactions
