Responsibilities
Support flushing, cleaning, passivation, and final rinse verification activities
Assist with system fill, purge, and coolant verification
Perform field testing (conductivity, pH, turbidity, glycol %, visual inspections)
Collect and manage samples for laboratory or advanced analysis
Support filtration installation, inspection, and verification
Verify system readiness prior to ITE onboarding
Document field activities and test results clearly and accurately
Coordinate with mechanical contractors, OEMs, and site personnel
Uphold Fluid2Chip standards under schedule and commercial pressure
Qualification
Required
5+ years experience in one or more of the following: Water treatment field service, Mechanical startup or commissioning, Hydronic or industrial fluid systems
Experience working in construction or live mission-critical environments
Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and documentation
Willingness to travel extensively (~75%)
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Chemical, Electrical) or a related technical field
Equivalent hands-on experience in water treatment, commissioning, or complex fluid systems may be considered in lieu of a formal degree
