Inside Sales Manager
LoadUp Technologies is a fast-growing company providing on-demand home services through a tech-enabled logistics platform. The Inside Sales Manager will lead the Inside Sales organization, focusing on performance, talent development, and revenue execution while managing sales operations and strategy.

Responsibilities
Own Inside Sales performance and revenue outcomes across all shifts and operating hours
Lead, develop, and manage Shift Supervisors and Inside Sales Representatives
Set sales strategy, targets, and execution plans aligned with company growth objectives
Establish and refine scalable sales processes, standards, and performance expectations
Coach leaders and reps through regular feedback, one-on-ones, and performance reviews
Analyze sales metrics, conversion data, and pipeline trends to drive continuous improvement
Partner with Shift Supervisors to ensure strong real-time execution and floor coverage
Identify talent, support career development, and build a strong leadership bench
Collaborate cross-functionally with Operations, Marketing, and Leadership teams
Ensure sales execution reflects LoadUp’s values, customer experience standards, and culture
Qualification
Required
Experience in sales management or leadership roles
Proven track record of driving sales performance and revenue growth
Strong coaching and mentoring skills
Ability to analyze sales metrics and drive continuous improvement
Experience in developing and refining sales processes and standards
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with various teams
Strong leadership skills with an ownership mentality
