Events and Sales Assistant

Nexxaworks is a creative marketing firm that acts as growth partners and storytellers for their clients. They are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Events and Sales Assistant to support the planning and execution of various events while assisting in the sales process.

Marketing & Advertising

Responsibilities

Assist in the planning, coordinating, and execution of events from start to finish
Support sales initiatives by preparing materials, following up with leads, and maintaining customer databases
Communicate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and materials for events
Help manage event logistics including venue setup, catering, and technology needs
Create and maintain event budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring events stay within financial parameters
Respond to client inquiries regarding event services and provide excellent customer service at all times

Required

Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, hospitality management, or a related field
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with event management software

Preferred

Proven experience in event coordination or sales support
