Early Career System Integration / Test Engineer
Lockheed Martin Space is seeking an experienced full-time Systems Integration & Test Engineer for the Production Operations organization. This position will support the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program, maintaining test equipment and coordinating shipments for the Missile Integration Lab.

Responsibilities
Support the Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) program at the Missile Integration Lab (MIL)
Maintaining all test equipment and hardware associated with the lab including the calibration and obsolescence of the equipment
Coordinating shipments incoming and outgoing of the lab
Qualification
Required
BS in Engineering/ Aerospace Engineering or related discipline from an accredited college
Experience in Test Plan development and spacecraft/missile operations and test
Experience in communicating and briefing program management
Possess strong, demonstrated leadership and the ability to work with personnel from diverse backgrounds and disciplines both internal and external to the organization
Must have an Active Secret security clearance
Preferred
Previous or present FBM experience with emphasis on Test and Verification
Experience with JIRA/Confluence, DOORS, Cameo, and Microsoft Suite 365
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to understand a complex issue and recommend/take corrective action
Open and receptive attitude of customer requirements
Willing to work overtime supporting off shifts and weekends in a 24/7 operations environment
