Act as the Head of School for the preschool
Be responsible for program administration, program assessment and reporting, community partnerships, and spiritual leadership within the mission and vision of Foundations
Communicate with the community about early childhood and parent education
Participate in program expansion
Qualification
Preferred
bachelor's degree or higher in a field related to early childhood and parent education
extensive knowledge about current practices regarding child development during the first 5 years
knowledge of early intervention and education and its long-term effects
prior experience in preschool administration
a heart for and experience with Christian ministry in underserved communities
