Business Development Manager (Power Quality Solutions)
Sinexcel is a global leader in the power quality industry, specializing in advanced technologies that improve energy efficiency and grid stability. They are seeking a motivated Sales Manager to drive business development and customer success in the United States.
Responsibilities
Build and manage effective sales channels across the U.S
Identify, qualify, and develop new sales opportunities
Establish and grow partnerships with utilities, consultants, EPCs, and system integrators
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients
Actively develop new customer accounts and establish long-term partnerships
Provide high-quality customer engagement and ensure customer satisfaction
Gather first-hand market intelligence and customer feedback
Conduct competitor analysis to identify trends and differentiate Sinexcel’s solutions
Identify and seize new business opportunities in the U.S. power quality market
Leverage technical knowledge to address basic customer technical questions
Collaborate with internal engineering teams for advanced technical support
Deliver solution presentations and product demonstrations as needed
Work cross-functionally with global teams to align strategies and deliver results
Demonstrate strong self-management, high execution, and target-driven performance
Utilize all available resources effectively to ensure successful project implementation
Qualification
Required
Technical aptitude to handle customer inquiries and provide solution-oriented support
Solid market research and analysis skills; ability to identify trends and opportunities
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of independent work
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or Power quality related field
Have network with utilities, consultants, or industrial customers in the U.S
